Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Ember & Oak is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Orders cannot be modified once they have entered processing.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
